3rd African ICT Best Practices Forum
The 3rd Africa ICT Best Practices Forum (June 17th - 19th in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso) saw 340 participants from 55 countries, including 14 ministers from Africa and the presidents of Togo and Niger. The forum organisers - the ICT minister of Burkina Faso, H. E. Noël Kabore and the Microsoft Chairman for Africa, Dr Cheick Modibo Diarra - officially thanked ICWE for the excellent job done in preparing and managing the conference.
