StudyWorld is Germany’s only fair to focus on higher and continuing education at both a national and international level. Every year, more than 9500 visitors take advantage of the opportunity to gain an overview of the wide range of options in the higher and continuing education markets, both nationally and internationally, and to seek advice for their individual study and career plans at the booths of over 170 exhibitors from more than 25 countries. Exhibitors include state-run and private higher education institutions, scholarship and service providers, as well as education ministries from all over the world. StudyWorld is accompanied by a diverse and informative seminar programme, with more than 60 presentations on higher and continuing education, internships and career planning.

The European Association for International Education’s annual conference and exhibition is a key event for all higher education professionals working in the field of internationalisation. At the EAIE Exhibition, which has been organised by ICWE on behalf of EAIE since 1991, education-related organisations present their products, services and activities. The British Council held its 4th Going Global conference (GG4) at the Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre in London 24 - 26 March 2010. The conference theme was WORLD POTENTIAL: MAKING EDUCATION MEET THE CHALLENGE. Going Global provides customised content targeted at professionals in the international education community, including heads of universities, colleges, senior managers, academic staff, international directors and practitioners, business leaders and policy makers. The conference attracted a record number of delegates, totalling 1200 from more than 70 countries, providing a truly global forum. The conference explored the trends and implications, models for change and drew on case studies from across the world, it examined the barriers and delivered frameworks for action across the following areas:
- Staff and student mobility
- Global partnerships
- Global citizens
- Policy and Leadership
48th session of the International Conference on Education (ICE)

The 48th session of the International Conference on Education (ICE) took place in Geneva from 25 – 28 November 2008 on the theme of “Inclusive Education: the Way of the Future”.
The conference was a unique occasion to advance education in the world as it assembled a highly exclusive audience targeting:
- Ministers of Education,
- Government representatives,
- Civil society and international organisations.
It served as an opportunity to set agendas for concrete action in the field of education on a international, national and regional level.
The accompanying exhibition offered a platform for engaging stakeholders, such as UN agencies, NGOs and other civil society institutions, as well as the private sector. Under the theme “Practicing Practising Inclusion”, the accompanying exhibition offered a highly attractive learning space, where participants had the opportunity to get acquainted with innovative experiences and interact, share visions, as well as insights and acquire relevant information and materials.

EAIE Exhibition 2010 in Nantes, France
This year’s EAIE Exhibition will be held in Nantes, France from September 16-18, 2010, and will have over 1600 m² of exhibition space available. The exhibition is valued for its outstanding attendance and fabulous networking opportunities.
