Evolving workplace cultures of learning: an interview with Martin Moehrle

Martin Moehrle

An advocate of ongoing and personalised learning, OEB keynote speaker Martin Moehrle believes that enterprises can enhance performance by fostering a culture of learning and curiosity in which colleagues can tap into each other’s knowledge. Moehrle, a Learning consultant and former Chief Learning Officer at Deutsche Bank AG, argues that in many of today’s workplaces, the culture of learning is still a child of the 20th Century: having evolved in an industrialised context, it is not designed for the knowledge-based context into which we are transitioning.

Listen to Martin Moehrle’s podcast to find out how the learning function can be used to improve business performance. Moehrle will be speaking in the corporate plenary session on Friday December 2nd from 9:30.
